On 16th of March , I got an oppurtunity to take a class for the teaching staff of various Engineering Colleges , at NSS Engineering College Palakkad.
The one day session was taken as a part of some AICTE program for the teacher's training. I went there along with my colleagues , Ranish , Amal and Shijil . We prepared 3 hr theory session. The teachers were given a brief intro into Linux , detailed booting procedure of a Linux machine and also a little internal details like File System and Networking. Afternoon hours were spent for practicals in their Computer Lab

Richard Stallman says the decision to start the GNU project was based on a similar spirit. Whatever, the quote has really made an impression inside me . I was so delighted to read that quote infront of the elite crowd gathered there.
Later in the evening , my friend HariKrishnan took as to a rather unknown but beautiful place near Malampuzha Dam. The place is called "Kava" and locals say that many a movies were shot there. Kava is behind the dam's reservoir and is like a huge lawn in the water level encircled by tall mountains.
We sat near the water until the sun set and lights were switched on , on top of the dam which was few kilometers away . The beauty of the evening sky and the reflection it made on the water will remain etched on our minds forever. Add to it , the cool wind that relaxed our body and mind.
Exactly two days later , I went on my first bike trip with Tobbychayan . This time , we caught up with 8 other bikes from our office at Thekkady . 2 days were spent exploring different places near Kumily and also by having a lot of Masala tea
