Who is Sojish ?
S'one who runs behind the
dreams and s'one who knows how to smile without an apparent cause
. and thats me . :-) .
Just being inqusitive. Where did you
come from ?
I was fortunate enough to be born
as the second child of my loving parents . It was in the early hours of
Aug 15th , 1979 that I took my first breath . The Sun was in late
Leo , it was the Year of the Sheep, and I was destined to be a earth sheep .

I'm bored with my work. Tell me more about Sojish .
If you meet me in person ,
you'll see that I'm just another guy , you've met in your life . There
is nothing special about me to talk about. I too have gone through all
the phases of a normal human being of my age . I was crying when I
was taken to school first time . Fights with my brother for his
toys and rewards from parents for creating the mayhem was a daily
chore . I used to dance while in my lower primary school , and has
got first prize in musical chair and group dances . ( I've photos of it
, as a proof :-) )
Then I joined Sainik School. That was the best decision
I've taken in my life . School made me a tough guy. Nothing was
given for granted in school . I was taught that you cant dream about
getting into cricket team , even if you are a left handed batsman . And
that forgetting your speech half way through , while facing a 600 member
audience is a horrible situation. School also taught me to dream
and then live to make it true. I was re-born in my school and I'm
a proud sai-kazak.
From a 346 acre school campus , I
got into University College of
Engineering running on the first floor of a shopping complex. It had
been in the same state until I passed out .Engineering college life was
a complete contrast to my school life. It took me some time to
come into terms with a stark realities of an adult world. It was a
constant fight of minds over complex socio political environment ,
which I now realise , could have been used for better purposes. During
my college days I had my share of fun, fight ,love , heart breaks
etc . I was one among tharavadiz
during the later part in college and because of that I passed
through with very less damage. By the time I passed out , I had a
selection letter from Wipro in hand and a
worries of recession in mind.
For almost a year , I wandered
around without doing anything worthwhile . I taught in polytechnics
& computer centres and cried when they didnt pay me salary. I
got my first bike during this period . It was a Suzuki Fiero ( silver)
and then started my never ending desire to be on the move. I have
travelled a lot whenever money came for somebody in our group.
Realisation that the life could have been even worse after seeing a lot
of people , made me a cheerful person.
Then I joined my current company.
I'm a software engineer working with Poornam
Info Vision better known as Bobcares. Life in Poornam is a all new episode in itself
... Someday I'll write a novel on it.
Hey Sojish, how did you become what you are ?
I followed my heart and happiness
.
Is it that simple ?
No .. its not . When you have a lot of limitations
and fears , following the heart is the most difficult task in life.
